I dont know if anyone having this problem on Disney plus UK right so I started watching it start of last year and just finished it and I was checking if season 19 coming soon on Disney on Google then i noticed that season 19 got the same episodes as season 18 does anyone has this problem or just me

1. FOX originally had two conflicting season counts under their watch, with one based on the traditional broadcast season and followed by the media and FOX PR, and a second that extended the first season over a year and a half which was promoted by the 'official' FOX American Dad! page. FOX further complicated issues by advertising the final three episodes as a season unto themselves.

3. On October 20th, 2015, TBS has changed it's counting method to one that almost followed the writing seasons, but made a complete hash of broadcast order. This system is not known to be in use currently.

4. By October of 2016, TBS has sorted out the broadcast order and mostly counted by writing seasons, with two notable exceptions in writing season 7 episodes "Ricky Spanish" and "Toy Whorey" being included into the writing season 6 count.

6. On July 19, 2017, 20th Century Fox Television Distribution struck a deal with Hulu giving them streaming rights to American Dad!.[2] With TBS in a constant state of flux over their season counts, as well as the ambiguous treatment of some episodes, this wiki decided in 2018 to follow the seasons established jointly by FOX and Hulu.

With 2021 almost entirely in the rearview mirror now, networks TNT and TBS are already gearing up for next year's premieres including the announcement of the return of Seth MacFarlane's hit animated series American Dad! According to Deadline, TBS will premiere the 19th season of the long running series on Monday, January 24. The show's return is just one of several debuts coming to the network at that time with sister-station TNT premiering season 7 of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee on Thursday, January 20 and the third season premiere of Snowpiercer on the same date as American Dad!, Monday, January 24

The continuing adventures of CIA agent Stan Smith and his family are recounted in the series which, like MacFarlane's other animation hits, found a new life after being cancelled by its original home. American Dad! premiered on FOX alongside Family Guy previously where it ran for ten seasons, only to be cancelled and then picked back up by TBS. The series is just behind Family Guy in terms of total seasons now but the latest batch of episodes for American Dad! bring it to the end of its previously announced renewal. The show had previously been renewed for a 18th and 19th season, but it's unclear if the series will be picked up for any additional episodes at this time.

Good morning, USA! TBS announced it's bringing back American Dad! for another two seasons ahead of its 17th season premiere. Series co-creator Matt Weitzman and executive producer Brian Boyle will continue running the nearly 17-year-old show. Coming into the new season, the show ranks as the #3 comedy on all of cable.

We are all so grateful to TBS for this two-season pickup. Getting seasons 18 and 19 means we will finally be able to tell the stories we only dreamed of telling in seasons 16 and 17. Much thanks also to everyone at 20th Television Animation for all their continued support of American Dad's many years of corrupting our nation's, nay, the world's youth...most of whom are now about to turn 40.

Seth MacFarlane's American Dad! is an animated sitcom that originally aired on FOX, but has called TBS home since 2014. The show is currently in its 19th season, and the latest episode (Season 19, Episode 16 - I Heard You Wanna Buy Some Speakers) included a lengthy Rush reference. In the episode, Barry blows out his dad's speakers and asks Snot for help. Snot then takes Barry to see Roger (as his audiophile persona Wally) who proceeds to show off his own killer speaker system. When the pair arrive, Roger asks Barry what album he brought to listen to. Barry didn't bring anything so Roger takes matters into his own hands and pulls out a copy of Rush's debut album and says, "I feel stupid for even asking, but you guys are huge Rush fans, yes?". He then drops the needle on Working Man to start things off, listens for a while and then insists they also listen to the song on cassette, CD, and 8-track. The clip lasts about a minute-and-a-half and you can check it out below or on YouTube at this location. This is not the first major Rush reference to be seen on the show; an episode back in Season 8 included a Rush reference where Steve and Snot play air-guitar to 2112. Thanks to John at Cygnus-X1.net for the heads up and screenshot. John also has a higher-quality version of the scene available for viewing here.

LOS ANGELES (March 6, 2023) - "American Dad!" returns to TBS on Monday, March 27 at 10:00pm ET/PT. The upcoming 18th season features the voices of Seth MacFarlane, Wendy Schaal, Scott Grimes, Rachael MacFarlane, Jeff Fischer, Dee Bradley Baker, and Patrick Stewart, along with special guests, Pete Davidson, Anjelica Houston, Jason Alexander, Jaleel White, Chris Sullivan, Ann Dowd, Amy Sedaris, Alan Tudyk, Alyson Hannigan and Simon Helberg.

Ahead of the premiere of its 17th season on January 24, 2022, TBS is locking in two more seasons of the series, and have also reached new deals with series co-creator and executive producer Matt Weitzman and executive producer Brian Boyle, which will see them return as showrunners for two additional seasons.

Due to the popularity of the episode, with audiences enjoying this dose of festive content, Christmas episodes became a regular thing on the show. Continuing in subsequent years, American Dad! incorporated Christmas episodes into future seasons.

The plot for season 19 of American Dad has been done by the creator Seth MacFarlane, but there are rumors that it will be different from previous seasons. Production for the 19th season of American Dad began on July 23rd, 2019.

American dad plot twists are always interesting to see, especially when it comes to killing off major characters like Francine in Season 18, which was unexpected by many fans. It is expected that the plot twist will continue into the next season with Stan and his new girlfriend.

The previous seasons have had between 0.65 and 0.95 in ratings which are considered pretty good for cable shows, so it is expected that the plot will be continued with some high numbers though there might be some visible decline due to many people losing interest in American Dad after a longtime creative director Mike Barker left the show back in 2016 before Season 18 was aired.
